This and its sequel are so cool it's not even funny.

So, Abbie's not coming to Oakton, which means I've got to cover all her parts. Especially the glock on in Diego. So, here's what I've got. It looks tricky, and I've got six bars in the opener I can't seem to cover (we'll see), but most of it looks good:
Opener:
Xylo2: 11-17 - Ethan
18-20 - Em (we may just drop that)
43-48 - nobody
85-92 - not tom or cymbal person (Em?)
93-101 - me
104-end - not cym. or BD person (Kelly?)
Triangle: me
Diego:
Glock: Kelly
Xylo 2: Duty
Triangle: Em
Finale:
Marimba (4): Kelly
Claves: cymbal person (Ethan?)
Castanets: Steve, Duty or Krystle, whoever it's easiest for, probably Steve since he's right there.
And there you have it. Kelly really got a promotion. See Kelly, all you have to do it kill Abbie! j/k Don't actually kill her.
Now all I have to do is figure out practice. Kelly obviously needs time to learn her new parts, as does everyone else picking up minor parts. But I don't just want to leave Abbie out, especially since she's still playing at the game on Friday. Hmmm...
And that's all for now.

Went to school. Came home. Got stopped by COACH TRAVIS. He wasn't at his post. Shame.
Am going to NY. So I'll see you when I see you.
P.S. Mommy thinks Scott Bakula is like my favorite actor... I dunno. Would have come in handy for that graduate project research thing, though.

So remember my uncle that was in the hospital? He passed away this morning.
This means I will be leaving during school Tuesday and coming back late Wednesday for his funeral.
And before I start getting condolences, I saw him maybe three times in my life and I could never understand anything he was saying and he was a heavy smoker and veru overweight so it's not like I wasn't expecting it.

As I suppose you noticed, I was too lazy last night to do anything but watch Quantum Leap. Hence this from an E-mail to Daddy:
So, Diet members came. They were really cool. One was in the House of Councilors (Senate equivalent) and the other two were in the House of Representatives. They were also really nice, so I see why people voted for them. One of them helped the Japanese one kids with their hiragana game. I was afraid they'd be really stuffy and stuff but they weren't.
Also yesterday Dr. Collins came to talk about DNA. He heads the Human Genome research institute thing. It wasn't particularly interesting, but it wasn't mind numbingly boring like I thought it would be.
The game got cancelled last night, not due to rain, but due to tornado warnings. They sat us in the hallway and wouldn't let us leave. Some of my friends from around here freaked out, but then Christine and I told them how low their odds were, due to a tornado being small and not touching down very often. Mrs. Bertoglio said the tornado went right over their house and Christine was mad she didn't get to see it. Mommy and I just watched movies.... I suppose we should have been in the bathtub or something, but I don't suppose we really cared all that much.
Yeah. And the competition's on. In case you hadn't heard.

Stuff to do:
TechLab stuff
clean car (yogurt)
MultiVar #2
Writing Sem article response
dig up Gov binder
Japan pictures
GCF stuff
Get job
And now, current events:
Friday brought game. 22-7 us. Wore coats backwards. Yay friends! Not yay Ulrey moseying. I ran all the way back and had time for a "hi," a "good to see you," and a handshake. (1:18, if you were curious. ) But I DO want to thank EVERYONE who came! I didn't even get to meet Allie. But I did like the "Go Pit!" chant. Also, apparenty we are jealous of the Sousaphones and LB is jealous of the tubas.
What really disturbs me is that I keep hearing "I spent the 3rd quarter talking to Matt Waring." At least there were no sledgehammers involved, although there was almost keying...
Gave Rookie Buddy stuff. Gave stars :) Realized exactly how many trailers there are at Braddock. Also, realized it's a bad plan to walk past the football team at Braddock in my TJMC shirt.
Thursday had STAR TREK. I can't believe I'm in the 6th season already! And Jadzia and Worf are married, and Nog's an ensign and everything! I'm really excited, but also kind of sad that my DS9 oddysey will soon end and I will move on to a Voyager oddysey. And if there's time I'll go back and pick up TNG, I guess...
Saturday brought an Enterprise watching party due to the fact that I can't be righteous and indignant if I haven't seen it myself. Therefore, the internet is a way to watch it without boosting its ratings. I've said it before, but I REALLY wished they had just kept in line with the timeline, because it really is a good show. Also, my DS9 exposure made me realize Jeffrey Combs is yet another character: the head Andorian, Shran. And also apparently some guy named Krem? (looked up the filmography) For those who don't know, the Star Trek writers LOVE Jeffrey Combs. He has been:
Tiron (DS9)
Brunt (DS9)
Weyoun(DS9)
Penk (VGR)
Shran (ENT)
Krem (ENT)
I think that's the most anyone's ever been. Although, Majel Barrett is the only person to be in every Star Trek series. Moving away from the Geekiness...
...And onto TAS. I finally finished downloading it because there was a SEED! So now I'm working on the first season of Quantum Leap. :) 10.2%
Also saw Alex and Emma, which was good, although full of LIES.
Speaking of LIES, the TJ admissions people are full of LIES. LIES LIES LIES!
And beef taco hot pockets are far superior to chicken parmesean hot pockets.
I think I have homework to do...
Just as long was this document doesn't "contains no data." Grrrrrrrrrr

Strange Times...
| ...call for Strange Measures.
In the event of lunch, seek out 147 near t3h Latham. If you have no idea what that meant, it probably doesn't apply to you.
Met new teachers. Got pretty books. Noticed how small all my classes are.
Schmid seems nice, and so does Stegall. And I know Fujita and Latham.
FUJITA SENSEI IS LEAVING AFTER THIS YEAR TO GO TO HAWAII! I am sad. Now if I visit I see him not. :(
Mr. Latham seems hardcore, but I know it's a facade.
Stegall makes us write, but I cannot force words to come. I think SteinyD used all my BS.
I will be upset if Friday's game is rained upon. I want to see my friends.
The greastest idea I have ever heard is the girlfriend party where all the ex-girlfriends get together with the current girlfriend in secret. This works better if there's a lot of ex-girlfriends. Then they go to a place boyfriend will find them and embarass him to death. :P This was inspired by an ironic conversation today. Well, several actually. The most interesting being:
Brother: (to assert superiority) I had a girlfriend before you had a boyfriend.
Me: d00d, I had a boyfriend at least two years before you had a girlfriend.
Brother: nuh uh. Matt wasn't your boyfriend, he was...
Me: ...my boyfriend?
Brother: A Crazy Guy. Who you thought was your boyfriend.
Yes.
And now I go off. |

I think this sentence needs editing:
Hobbies include watching anime and reading manga, computerizing, playing t3h percussion, reading about t3h particles, and learning Japanese.
Also, my excessive elpsises need to go.
Whoa, school. Senior year is here already? I think I'll see you in Egypt.

So, I think my brain is atrophing, and I can't motivate myself to do anything. I need a nap.
Began to watch TAS. O.M.G. So cheezy. But the plot's okay. It just seems a little rushed due to the fact that the episodes are only half an hour instead of an hour. Question: Why does everything happen to Spock. I watched 4 episodes. In these Spock:
did not exsist because he had to save his younger self
became mortally ill
was cloned and had his brain sucked out
Wow. Just, wow.
Also, talked to ANNIE HAWES. OMG. Apparently Libby and Patrick McGee live around here too. (For the benifit of everyone else, these people, along with Pribble, were all in 5th grade together with me.)
ANNIE HAWES seems like Erin Hayes. I mean. It looks like Erin Hayes. The names. Yeah, I'll stop.
